Connect Your Meter & Your Natural Gas Retailer
After your service line is installed, you need to decide who you want to purchase your natural gas from and set up an account. You can do that with us, or you can choose a competitive retailer.
Request Your Gas Meter Installation
Once your account is set up, you or your gas fitter must submit a request by email for your gas meter installation. We will need to receive each of the items listed below before your meter installation request can be scheduled.
If you've chosen to be an Apex Utilities customer, you will need to send us:
Your completed Account Setup for New Meter Installation Form.
A copy of your gas permit. If you don’t have a gas permit, you can apply for one from your municipality or Safety Codes Alberta.
A completed Service Completion Notification Form.
If you've chosen to be a competitive retailer customer, you will need to send us:
Proof of enrollment with your retailer of choice.
A copy of your gas permit. If you don’t have a gas permit, you can apply for one from your municipality or Safety Codes Alberta.
A completed Service Completion Notification Form.
