Connect Your Meter & Your Natural Gas Retailer
After your service line is installed, you need to decide who you want to purchase your natural gas from and set up an account. You can do that with us, or you can choose a competitive retailer. For a list of natural gas providers in your area, visit www.ucahelps.gov.ab.ca or call 310-4-UCA (310-4822).
Request Your Gas Meter Installation
Once your account is set up and your natural gas service line is ready, you or your gas fitter must submit a request for your gas meter installation.
If you are an existing Apex Utilities customer, we require the following:
A completed Account Setup for New Meter Installation Form.
A copy of your gas permit. If you don’t have a gas permit, you can apply for one from your municipality or Safety Codes Alberta.
A completed Service Completion Notification Form.
If you are a competitive retailer customer, we require the following:
A copy of your gas permit. If you don’t have a gas permit, you can apply for one from your municipality or Safety Codes Alberta.
A completed Service Completion Notification Form.
