Alberta 55+ Summer Games
We proudly supported the cycling event at the 2025 Alberta 55+ Summer Games in Leduc because we believe in active living and building communities where people of all ages feel valued, connected, and empowered. By investing in the event, we help promote healthy lifestyles, encourage lifelong participation in physical activity, and strengthen the social fabric of our communities—one ride at a time.
Sheldon Coates Elementary Breakfast Program
Our commitment to energizing Alberta’s future extends beyond natural gas. That’s why we have invested in the breakfast program at Sheldon Coates Elementary School in Grande Cache – to ensure that students start their day with the nourishment they need to focus, learn and grow. By providing access to a healthy morning meal, we’re proud to help build a foundation for academic success, emotional well-being, and a bright future for each child.
Leduc Wildlife Conservation Society
Our commitment to a sustainable future begins right here. As a responsible energy provider, we are invested in minimizing our environmental footprint and championing practices that protect Alberta’s natural beauty and biodiversity. That’s why we supported the Leduc Wildlife Conservation Society, whose work in habitat restoration, native species protection, and environmental education helps preserve vital ecosystems in our region. Through this partnership, we’ve invested in innovative, community-driven solutions that ensure Alberta’s natural spaces remain vibrant and resilient for generations to come.

Apex empowers our employees to volunteer their time, share their skills, and actively participate in local events that will strengthen the fabric of our neighbourhoods. Each member of our staff receives one volunteer day per year to support a local organization or cause they are passionate about, because we believe that by encouraging our team to give back, we can help to enhance peoples’ lives and forge a brighter future together.
