If you suspect a natural gas emergency, call 911 or our 24-hour Emergency Line at 1-866-222-2068 immediately.
Do not use electrical devices, phones, or open flames. Leave the area right away and keep others from entering the area.

- Leave the building immediately.
- Do not use electrical switches, devices, appliances, or open flames.
- Call our 24-hour emergency line at 1-866-222-2068 or 911 once outside.
- Move away from the area and stay upwind if possible.
- Do not start vehicles or equipment nearby.
- Avoid smoking or using lighters.
- Call our 24-hour emergency line at 1-866-222-2068 or 911 from a safe distance.
- Evacuate the area and keep others away.
- Call 1-866-222-2068 or 911.
- Shut down equipment if safe to do so. Only extinguish flames if there is a risk to people or property.
- Avoid using devices that could spark.
- Call 1-866-222-2068 right away.
- Do not backfill or attempt repairs.
- Return only when Apex Utilities confirms it is safe.
