Starting in August 2021, your bill will look different. As part of our commitment to continuously serving you better, we have made some changes in order to make your bill easier to understand and allow you to quickly find the information you are looking for.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR AUGUST BILL: As part of the transition to the new invoice format, your previous balance and previous payment, if made prior to July 30, 2021, will display as $0.00. Any remaining balance from your previous month’s bill, less any payments, will display as a “Migrated Balance” on this invoice only. Click here for details on our new invoice format.

On August 3, 2021, we are launching our new online billing and customer self-serve portal, Customer Advantage, to provide enhanced convenience for those customers looking for online services.

Current eBill Customer?
If you are a current Apex Utilities eBill customer, you will receive an email on August 4 or 5 with instructions on how to activate your new Customer Advantage account and continue receiving paperless bills. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate your new customer self-serve portal and enjoy the benefits of Customer Advantage.
Reminder: While we prepare to launch Customer Advantage, our current eBill site will be unavailable after July 29, 2021.
