Never worry about making a payment on time again with our pre-authorized payment plan. Signing up is simple!

- Under the Payments menu select Pre-Authorized Payment.
- Complete the form and leave the rest to us.
Need to make a quick payment? You can use your VISA, Mastercard, or Visa Debit card for a one-time payment directly through your account.
- Log in to your account
- Click the Make a Payment button
- Complete the form and check your inbox for confirmation.
Pay your bill directly from your bank account. Sign in to your online banking account, add Apex Utilities Inc. as a new payee, and provide your account number. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Processing Fees for Peace of Mind
To ensure the highest level of security and protection during credit card transactions, we’ve partnered with KUBRA, a trusted third-party provider. KUBRA applies a fee of 1.95% for this secure processing, which you will see as a separate line item on your credit card statement.
The fee for processing a Visa Debit payment is .75%.
Online Payment Alternatives
Pay Through Your bank (In-Person or Telephone)
Connect with your bank (in-person or over the phone), and make sure that you have your bill with you.
You will need to provide the account number and bill amount.
Please send the remittance portion of your bill with a cheque to the address below.
Please do not use paperclips, staples, or any other fasteners.

Stay on Budget With Predictable Payments
If your home or business has been connected to our system for at least a year, you may be eligible for our Budget Billing Plan. It’s designed to help you manage your monthly budget with ease by evening out seasonal energy bill swings. Once approved, we’ll spread your estimated annual costs over 12 consistent payments, so you’ll always know what to expect.
When you’re ready to apply, log into your account and under the Billing & Usage menu, select Budget Billing.
