Request Historical Customer Usage
Retailers and authorized parties can request historical customer usage information. See below for forms and requirements.
Requests Under AUC Rule 010
To request usage data under AUC Rule 010: Rules on Standards for Requesting and Exchanging Site-Specific Historic Usage Information for Retail Electricity and Natural Gas Markets, retailers must first complete and submit a Retailer Representation and Warrant Agreement.
Requests Outside AUC Rule 010
For requests outside of AUC Rule 010, a Consent for Release of Customer Information form must be completed and signed by the customer before information can be released to authorized parties such as retailers or energy consultants.
