Start, Stop, Move, or Temporarily Disconnect Your Service
Start Service
If you’ve recently moved into our service area, you can find all the information you need on our Start New Service page.

Stop Service
If you’re moving out of our service area, there are two ways to stop your service.
Online
- Sign in to your online account
- Go to the Service Requests menu
- Select and complete the Move Out: Close Account, no new account required request.
Over the Phone
If you don’t have an online account, call our Customer Care Centre at 1-866-222-2067.
Your service will stop within 2-5 days of submitting your request.
Move Service
If you are moving from one location to another within our service area you can bring us with you.
- Sign in to your online account
- Go to the Service Requests menu
- Select and complete the Transfer: Moving out of one location into another request.
If you don’t have an online account, call our Customer Care Centre at 1-866-222-2067. We need a minimum of two (2) to five (5) business days to move your service.
Temporarily Disconnect Service
